By using EzMap you agree to these terms. EzMap is operated by Work Task Flow (“we,” “us”).
The service
EzMap provides offline hunting maps, property and parcel information, and hunting-condition tools — wind, thermals, solunar movement, stand recommendations, and more. A Free tier and a Pro tier ($25 per year) are offered.
Recommendations are aids, not guarantees — you make the call
EzMap’s recommendations (where to sit, thermal and wind reads, best days, scent-safe routes, stand suggestions, and the like) are informational aids based on models and public data. They are not guarantees and are no substitute for your own judgment, scouting, and experience. Deer movement, wind, and weather are unpredictable. Every decision you make in the field is yours.
Boundaries, permission & the law are your responsibility. Published parcel data comes from public and third-party sources; boundaries you draw reflect only the points you place. Either may be outdated, incomplete, or wrong. Do not rely on EzMap to determine legal property boundaries, ownership, or permission to hunt. Always confirm boundaries and obtain landowner permission before you hunt. Shooting-light times shown in EzMap are a daylight reference only, not legal hours — seasons, species, and methods have their own rules; verify them with your state wildlife agency. You are solely responsible for hunting safely, legally, and ethically, including the recovery of wounded game.
Payment & renewal
Pro is $25 per year, billed through Lemon Squeezy, for your personal use. Renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled under Lemon Squeezy’s terms. Free features remain free.
Your data & content
You own your data. You’re responsible for the content you create and share—drawn property boundaries, markups, photos, and notes. Don’t upload unlawful content or others’ private information. Share codes grant read access to anyone who has them, so share responsibly.
Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the service: no reverse-engineering, scraping, reselling, overloading the service, or using it to break the law, trespass, or hunt illegally.
Data durability
EzMap is local-first, and browsers can clear locally-stored data to reclaim space. We recommend installing the app to your home screen, enabling cloud backup (Pro), and keeping your license key saved somewhere safe. We are not responsible for data lost to browser eviction, device loss, or clearing site data.
As-is; limitation of liability
EzMap is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app — including decisions made based on its recommendations, reliance on parcel, boundary, or legal information, data loss, or service interruptions. Your use is at your own risk.
Changes
We may update the app and these terms. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, USA.
